I was out hiking with my son on Monday after a full week of sales meetings here in the california office and this sign inspired today's post. My brain is always thinking about how we can get more enrolling and use the tools program more effectively. The danger here is the tendency to "add" a few things to the simple system in hopes of getteing even better results. But, usually, this makes it more complicated and less duplicable. Sometimes, we want to "freshen" things up to keep the old people interested but we have to stay focused on the new people and remember that everything is new and exciting to them.
Our Imagine DVD is, in my opinion, the best of it's kind in the industry! It is exciting and informative, and best of all, it gets the response we want from a new prospect. There is always something that a new prospect likes about what he saw in the DVD and wants more information.
So, this sign was a reminder to me that the Symmetry Business Building System works great as it is now!

Yesterday, Dan Clark and Mayte Ferreiro recorded some new material that will allow us to have a great business presentation and training DVD in Spanish! Both Dan and Mayte did a fantastic job of 
promoting and explaining the Genesis product and the Symmetry opportunity with excitement and passion. As you may know, Dan Clark is consistently on the top of the cash contest chart in the USA and is building a huge international business in the US and Mexico.
Mayte is the newest AFVP in Mexico and just earned her 10,000 peso AFVP achievement bonus last month! Now Michael Wade and Cesar Hernandez(El Presidente) will start to laborious process of editing all of this great video. We hope to have this new tool available in early 2008. We are
also going to do a voice-over of the Imagine and Genesis DVD! 
I can't wait to see the growth in the Mexico when we get these new tools into the field!
