Meet Lawrence & Deborah Elliott from The Bahamas, Caribbean Superstars for August 2009.

 

Lawrence & Deborah joined Symmetry in July 2009 and already have some special accomplishments to their title:

What makes their story even more special is Deborah's testimonial on how Genesis has helped her. You see, many years ago, Deborah lost her vision. Despite surgery, she had been unable to regain her eye-sight, and decided to use nutrition and a healthy lifestyle as a means to enjoy a good quality of life. She started another juice product, but was turned on to Genesis when that product was no longer available.

After a short time of using the product Deborah recalls how one day, she was able to see the outline of her hands for the very first time in so many years! She has kept on using the product and talks about seeing the impression of her grandchildren's faces for the first time ever, or seeing the outline of Lawrence's face while going for a drive. It's so wonderful hearing the joy in her voice when she talks about Genesis, no wonder she's been so successful! Trinidad Monthly Event was a Blast!

We just wrapped up a fun Recognition Day meeting! The energy was fun and upbeat and we  had some great awards, (pins/anniversary gift) for some of the new people who hit new levels in the groups. The folks who came to our session had a great time - checks, pins, anniversary gifts, music, food, guests who were welcomed by everyone! One guest is signing up with a Go Box 3.0! Everyone's talking about St. Maarten!

Caribbean Excursion

I just got back from a great trip thought the Caribbean. We started off in Jamaica with a FANTASTIC Soaring Eagles workshop in Savanna-la-Mar with about 80 excited folks who are ready to grow their businesses in 2009. Then it was off to Tobago, the sister island to Trinidad, where we had a great first meeting with about 30 guests invited by Joyce Woodyear, Collin Coker and Angela Thompson. Next we had a fun meeting in Port of Spain, Trinidad with all of the local leaders and a lot of guests. We gave away a ton of hard earned Rapid Income checks to and talked about all of the exciting new things coming to the islands in the next few months.

One of the stand out events was having Godfrey Gangadeen open our POS meeting. He has been one of the top enrollers in the Caribbean and has earned Miami Money for his upcoming trip to the Career Conference. Not only is Godfrey coming all the way from Trinidad, he has also enrolled a new business partner in Canada who is coming to the event, as well! Great job Godfrey, way to lead by example!

The picture above is some of our stellar staff in Jamaica, Tracey-Ann on the right and Nickeisha on the left, along with Gina from Trinidad in the middle. They have done a great job providing excellent service to the field.  

Thanks everyone for a great trip and I am looking forward to seeing a few of you in Miami in a couple of weeks.

Caribbean Carnival!!

  As tens of thousands of people from all over the world descend on the little island of Trinidad many unrepeatable stories are made. However, our upstanding staff of virtuous citizens avoid the debauchery and only participate in the beautiful parades that we all know as the real Carnival. Arlene, our Caribbean sales manager, pictured here was back to work bright and early on Wednesday morning so we know she behaved herself and represented Symmetry well. However, Nicholas and Gina are still MIA...hmmmm.

Caribbean Celebration a Success!

    Thanks to everyone who attended the Caribbean Celebration today, we had a great time! Lots of great training, well deserved recognition and good food marked an incredible first CAR Celebration in Trinidad. Here are a few pictures...more to follow soon!

 

Welcome to the Symmetry Family!

I want to say "Welcome to the Symmetry family" to our new staff members in Jamaica!! We have recently added a few new faces in Jamaica to raise the level of service provided to the field and I am very excited about what this team brings to the office. Tracey-Ann, Paul and Jacques will join Lilith and our Field Services rep, Cohan Baker in supporting the business partners in Jamaica.

From left to right is Tracey-Ann, our new office manager; Paul will be managing the inventory and helping with customer service; Lilith remains as office support and Jacques(seated) will handle the lead customer service roll.

I am sure that this team will do everything they can to support the awesome Jamaican business partners as they set new enrolling records in the Caribbean!

St. Lucia is still growing!

Our Director of Sales and Marketing for the Caribbean, Arlene McKenna, just returned from a fantastic couple of days in St. Lucia. This little island has been one of the top in the world when it come to growth rate and now we have three new FVP's on the island!! Here's what Arlene had to say:

"I got to St. Lucia on Friday morning, and lunch-time I had to chance to move about the capital, Castries with two of our FVPs there, Levina Gustave and Prisca Stevens.

On Saturday, the Castries group hired a mini-bus to take us to the meeting, 40km away in a place called Soufriere (Soo-frear). Forty kilometers isn't far, but when it's up in the mountains, on long, winding roads, you could get dizzy, or even lose your lunch. From the location, you can see The Pitons, St. Lucia's famous mountains which I've seen from the air. I can only imagine how imposing these 2 peaks are from the sea.

 

The Castries group has extended into Soufriere because of the hard work of another brand new FVP Gertrude Gustave. Gertrude is Levina's sister and is also a nurse.

 

We had a great Saturday afternoon, we gave recognition to the 3 FVPs in STL, and it's also always exciting to give out weekly, monthly and bonus checks!

 

I also met the newest SMM in STL, Monica Felix. Monica joined Symmetry in April as a PC and was a SMM by the end of May. Both she and Gertrude work as nurses in Soufriere, and they are firm believers in the products, especially Genesis, which Monica signed up to buy, just because she saw a pomegranate the bottle, what a determined and dedicated worker.

 

 

By the end of the meeting we had new persons wanting to sign up and persons who just joined eager to get their Quick Start Bonuses. I'd say that St. Lucia will continue growing, due to the excitement and energy there. So many folks are going to work towards the Annual Trip so we expect big things from the little island of St. Lucia."

Jamaica Rocks!

Over the last several months I have featured Jamaica a number of times because they have been leaders in developing a tools based business system. Below is an email from one of those leaders and I think it says it all. Also, just so you know, Jamaica has enrolled more people in the last two month as they did all of last year! Great job everyone.

Hi Brian,

    How are you doing,  I know your in the best of health. I am very excited about what is happening in Jamaica and accross the symmetry world. The month of May I have reap what we sowed. Those nights on the road with Cohan up to 12-am was not all for nothing. Because of that hard work I am now one of symmetry newest FVP. When your putting up the blog i do not want the praise, i want my people to get it and to name a few they are: Eileen my up up-line, Everton my brother, Richard Gregory, Kamala Broomfeild and all of my customers especially Mrs. Maisie Forrester. Last but not least Cohan for being my teacher, mentor, motivator and all the M's. I also want to thank my girlfriend Victoria for being very supportitive. Thanks to you brian for being a great teacher and believer in me and my brother. The main thing that made me attract this kind of success is the person I become by reading and listening to Rudy Reccomends...

New Leaders emerge in Jamaica!

Last weekend Jamaica held it's monthly Super Sunday and it was another great Success. Each month folks from all over Jamaica get together to learn from each other and to hear from the top producers. This month a new SMM, Doreen Dawkins, shared her thoughts on some of the awesome tools that Symmetry offers. Great Job Doreen and everyone in Jamaica!

Oh...and by the way, since Jamaica has started having these montly meetings, their enrolling has sky rocketed. This month Jamaica is on record pace for enrolling!

St. Lucia photo album

Check out the pictures from my recent trip to St. Lucia. This event was the highlight of the trip because of the excitement level of the business partners. Although our luggage didn't make it to St. Lucia until the next day, we had a great and memorable first visit to St. Lucia. This island is incredible beautiful and is full of warm and friendly people. Arlene, our Caribbean sales manager, and I had a great time here.
